The mission of the Office of Instructional Development (OID) is to support instructional innovation and excellence at the University of California, Riverside. OID’s services include supporting faculty scholarship through services that promote the effective use of current and emerging instructional methodologies, pedagogues, and technologies that enhance teaching and learning opportunities on our campus. The office is also committed to supporting faculty mentored undergraduate research, with the support of the Office of Undergraduate Education OID has committed resources to fund programmatic enhancements to instruction and the mentorship of undergraduate research.
